Rosalie Nadeau's familiarity with flounder began with her commercial fishing experience. She demonstrates a great attention to detail in her functional ceramic fish sculpture. She uses lead free glazes and high fire stoneware which is ovenproof and microwave and dishwasher safe. Most fish dishes are available in small sizes suitable for appetizers to oversize platters.
